Two of the online gambling industry’s most successful publications are on their way to Europe and attendees at the International Casino Exhibition this week will be treated to a sneak preview of both at their official launch at the “Fire and Ice” party.
Bluff, an American magazine focusing on online poker, offers European poker fans the same star treatment their American counterparts have become accustomed to. Bluff promises quality information on poker sites and accurate updates on all aspects of the poker industry.
Its first issue features a cover story on professional poker champion Phil Helmuth, along with an interview with former Eastenders star Michael Gekko on why poker is his first love. Dutch champion Marcel Luske is the subject of a story detailing the rise of new poker players known as the ‘Circle of Outlaws’. A review about ‘Monte Carlo Millions’ addresses Europe’s top poker tournament and offers insights into the minds and motivations of Europe’s poker players.

Edited by well-known gambling expert Michael Caselli, Bluff Europe is available from March 1st across Europe and the United Kingdom. Further distribution outlets are expected as Bluff’s target circulation increases.
 
While Bluff currently sells over 250,000 copies in the U.S., features editor Phillip Conneller has been quick to predict the publication’s success in the European market. “With Bluff’s winning blend of entertainment and information, we are confident that we can replicate the success achieved in the U.S. for our readers and our advertisers,” Conneller says.
The second online gambling publication to be launched at the “Fire and Ice” function is Gambling.com magazine. Targeting gambling portal Gambling.com’s 50,000 members who enjoy platinum player status, the bi-monthly publication offers top value for money. News, opinions, interviews and regular updates are presented in a full-color glossy magazine. A particular favorite is expected to be a regular section on gaming strategies and tips from professional players. Profiles of the industry’s movers and shakers will also feature, with the first issue focusing on Virgin boss Richard Branson and his company’s foray into online gambling via their new poker site Virgin Games.com.
