If you were looking for an extra reason to try your hand at Bodog's online poker tournament on Sunday January 28, look no further. The online gambling firm has announced it intends to add a further $100,000 to the prize pool for its Sunday competition.

While this gives players the opportunity to compete for a guaranteed prize pool of 200,000, buy-ins remain the same. For $109, poker fans have the chance of winning at least $45,000 as a main prize. Poker points accrued in previous Bodog competitions can also be used for the January 28 event as well as the site's regularly scheduled events for $30,000, $50,000 and $70,000. To compete in the $200K Special PTS Qualifier, Bodog's regular players need 400 poker points to start the event on January 25 at 7pm EST.
