Neteller President Applaudes Strong Fourth Quarter Results
Neteller’s new chief executive and president Ron Martin is understandably proud of his firm’s phenomenal fourth quarter success. “Neteller has continued to show excellent growth across all areas of the business in the fourth quarter and the full year results will demonstrate the continuing strength of the company,” Martin said. Neteller, based in the Isle of Man, recorded average daily revenues of $4.1 million U.S. dollars each day. Last year $2.3 million per day was recorded during the same period. $3.64 million was recorded daily during the company’s third quarter in 2005. Current daily receipts have increased this figure by 15 percent. Neteller’s total yearly revenue for 2005 has also increased. The current figure of $3.4 million each day over the year represents an increase of 90 percent on the $1.8 million recorded in 2004. Similarly while quarterly revenues are up, the company’s membership has also increased dramatically. On 31 December 2004, Neteller had 1,251,031 members. By the same day in 2005, 1.069,318 new members had signed up, boosting total membership to 2,320,670. Daily membership averaged over each day of this year’s fourth quarter also increased by 54 percent to 3197 new customers daily.
