The company prides itself on its professional team of call center staff, who are trained to recognize the typical patterns of problem gambling. In addition to using leading software and security encryption techniques, the group’s personnel regularly assess individual player activity. If the gaming records and behavior of a player raise suspicion, call center staff will contact him by telephone to provide assistance.
If underage or problem gambling is detected in these circumstances, the player’s account is immediately shut down.
