Waterlogic/Cryptologic has confirmed rumors that the Ritz Online Casino, based in the UK, is to cease the licensing of its software by October 2006.
The gaming firm hastened to reassure the industry that the development will have “no material impact” on its annual results. Currently business from the online casino company constitutes less than two percent of Waterlogic’s total revenue.

However, in more positive news, Wagerlogic also announced the extension of an exclusive licensing agreement with Overseas Internet Gaming Entertainment. The firm is the owner of well known gaming sites Interpoker and InterCasino. Its royalty agreement with Waterlogic is expected to continue on its current course until 2012.
