Received guarantees that the bulk of the jobs that come with realizing the projects will be granted to the local population and industry.

The organization that will be developing the new Cincinnati based casino, plans on attracting local staff to work at the casino once it opens its doors, and also is considering the use of local contractors, for constructing the new casino.

A spokesman for Rock Ventures, which is the company that will be developing the new casino stated that the bulk of the architecture, and other work will be completed by local companies in the area. The statement was made on Thursday morning during the Commercial Real Estate Developers Power Breakfast.

With developing the project are approximately $ 400 million involved, and upon presenting the plans, promises of a large increase in job opportunities were made. The developer intends to follow through and make good on those promises.

Besides Cincinnati, location in Columbus, Cleveland, and Toledo are also being developed, as they also got approved for realization of the projects. The proposal was approved by the voters of the states, which is unique, as several previous proposals were stopped by those same voters.
