Mobile Developer Secures Three Million Pound Deal
Mobile games software development firm, Million-2-1, has raised an impressive three million pounds to help with growth and strategic development. The news was announced by Million-2-1’s chief executive Chris Sheffield this week in Manchester. “We have ambitious expansion plans to capitalize on the projected growth in televised and internet-based gambling and on our increasing number of international partnership deals,” Sheffield said. The capital was secured after Million-2-1 focused on the private equity circuit.
The mobile development firm creates software programs responsible for powering casino games that players access via their mobile phones. Skill games and auctions are also areas that Million-2-1 is focusing on. The company has agreements in place in China, Australia, the Netherlands and Ireland. Plans to launch the service in Spain, the U.S. and South Africa are underway, with implementation due toward the last quarter of this year.
