Fans of online gaming were flocking to Interactive Gaming Holdings’ new site this week. OpenBet Casino, claimed by Orbis to be one of the most comprehensive sites available to gaming fans, gives users access to one of the widest selections of no-download games, along with a stunning range of casino games.

The launch of OpenBet Casino follows on from a highly successful year for Interactive Gaming Holdings. The firm, which listed publicly on the London Stock Exchange in 2005, has recently acquired two gaming firms – Premier Bet, a London-based bookmaker’s company, and Heathorns, the world's oldest established bookmakers. Both firms were purchased by Interactive Gaming Holdings in August 2005 and March 2005 respectively.  
Interactive’s chairman and chief executive, Thomas Taule has referred to the launch of OpenBet Casino as a “a significant addition to the group's online sports betting and gaming portfolio. The key strategic differentiator is the integration of this Casino with the Orbis platform which provides a "one-wallet" solution for our clients for both sports and casino betting.”

Taule went on to say that the decision to partner with Orbis will enable the firm to maximize its returns on existing clients and boost its cross marketing efforts. “Our distinctive single account solution will also help attract new customers,” he said. “The Company is focusing on marketing this offering to enhance website traffic, customer acquisition and increase returns on our existing client base. In addition, we are replicating our casino product on other platforms, including our Heathorns website."

David Loveday, Orbit’s managing director, said: "This is the first implementation of our casino product and we are confident of its success due to its usability and realistic game play. We have put a lot of effort into this product and look forward to its future growth."

One of the features designed to draw fans to OpenBet is its full integration with the firm’s existing Premier Bet website, enabling members to access all facilities from a single account.
