Online gambling firm PartyPoker has announced its new upgrade will provide players with an enhanced customer service experience and the ability to win extra PartyPoints.
The upgraded program will increase a player’s ability to earn PartyPoints by up to 400 percent of the standard rate. Further points can be accrued at any other PartyGaming site including PartyCasino, PartyBets, PartyBingo and PartyGammon. These points can be exchanged for casino cash, entry fees for tournaments and a further range of products and services to be announced soon.

The upgrade is also good news for VIP players at Party sites. A personal host has been assigned to provide committed personal service and to act as a point of contact for all issues. According to a PartyPoker.com spokesperson, this initiative is a first in the online gambling industry. The host will be “someone who knows gaming and will be there for you whatever your gaming needs.”

Another upgrade will concern the poker table, which will now be expanded to a more suitable fit for players using 1024x768 screen resolution on modern PC monitors. PartyPoker’s statement pointed out that “players have long been able to shrink our tables to allow many to fit simultaneously on the screen. Now single-table players can fill the screen with their gaming experience.”
Players will also be able to enjoy enhanced viewing of replays and rematches. Registration will be simplified. When a player finishes a tournament, he will receive a message on his screen asking him if he would like to register in another similar event. A simple click will confirm registration.
The new upgrade will make engaging in rematches easier. All a player needs to do at the conclusion of a heads-up tournament is confirm that he wishes to play again. If both players agree, another match will begin automatically.
