Sportingbet, once one of the most successful UK online gambling enterprises with strong business interests in the U.S, seems to be making a comeback. The firm was forced to radically alter its market focus after it was forced by U.S legislators to sell off its U.S interests just months ago. However, this week a company statement has given Sportingbet fans a reason to smile, announcing that the firm is “trading in line with market expectations."
Sportingbet was forced to sell its online casino, poker and sports-betting ventures to Jazette Enterprises following the U.S government's decision to ban all financial transactions to online gambling operators from U.S institutions.
