The first Multi-Platform Gambling Forum will be hosted at the Royal Garden Hotel in London on June 28 th and 29 th of this year. The forum, organized by key players in the gambling industry, decided that such a forum was necessary because of the rapidly diversifying nature of the industry. With online gambling and wireless gambling now available, in addition to traditional forms of gambling, the Multi-Platform Gambling Forum is an excellent way to bring those involved in the Internet gambling industry together so that they can learn about and explore the new ideas and developing technologies that are contributing to the diversity of the gambling industry.

Some of the key subjects to be discussed at the conference are convergence of online, interactive TV, cross-platform games, mobile gaming, tournaments, and where the industry is headed. There will also be discussions on advertising for cross-platform gaming systems and maintaining a computerized back-office system.

Representatives from FUN Technologies, Gala, Orange, and Chartwell Games will be at the conference to speak and offer insight and information about the Internet gambling business. Organizers of the conference also plan to host “networking drinks”, which are supposed to help attendees of the conference get to know each other and possibly even form cooperative ventures.
