| The PrePaid ATM is an online credit card and a real ATM card. You can join easily if you live in the US, Canada or Mexico. International use is a little trickier. You need to fax a photo ID and receive funds from a merchant or you can fax in a current utility bill and phone bill. Your personal information is not revealed and it is not directly tied to a bank account. You can receive payments back to your PrePaid ATM account easily. However, there are fees, which are spelled out very clearly on their site.
